EK Errands Express was established in 2004 based on a combination of experience, observation of changing times and the need for balance.  A seasoned business professional with over 23 years experience in the legal profession, Jackie Murphy, owner of EK Errands Express worked in various areas of law as a legal assistant.  Clients include attorneys, corporate executives, professionals, law firms, Realtors, TV News personalities, authors, seniors, organizations, small businesses & everyday people who need assistance. 

Jackie is highly recognized by her peers in the errand/concierge industry for her knowledge, experience and contributions.  She is credited with pioneering an "errand/concierge general liability insurance program" and has partnered with Triangle Concierge Inc., the world leader of concierge and lifestyle management training to make contract and form templates specific to the industry.

Many ask what "EK" stands for.  Wanting to have a catch phrase easy for clients to remember while honoring her nieces Emily & Katie for their contributions to the company, "EK" was added.  Jackie's dream is one day hand a successful company over to Emily and Katie!
