Hourly Rate:
One (1) hour minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments.
Mileage Policy applies.
Cost of merchandise and/or any fee responsibility of client.
Deposit may be required.
No refunds.
Time includes roundtrip travel.

Same Day: schedule permits; no restrictions; anytime within normal business hours.
Squeeze In: squeezed into schedule; no restrictions; anytime within normal business hours.
Hot Shot: emergency request with restriction/deadline; within normal business hours.
Emergency / On Call: outside of normal business hours.
MILEAGE POLICY
First 10 miles of travel included (except where specifically noted).
Mileage over 10 miles of travel currently billable at $.60 per mile. (Please note mileage rates are subject to change based upon the IRS designated compensation rate.)
May not be included in & additional to gift certificate time.
PAYMENT
Payment expected at conclusion of service unless otherwise arranged and agreed. Cash, check, credit card via PayPal accepted (must have a PayPal account). A small handling fee will be assessed for credit card payments.
$35 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.
Accounts 14 days past due incur late fee.
Accounts 30 days past due incur finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
